At Embrace Beauty, we understand the rhythm of your salon life — the precision, the prep, and the promise to your clients. That’s why we treat every order with care, urgency, and full transparency. Please take a moment to read through our shipping terms. They’re here to make sure you know exactly what to expect.

1. Estimated Shipping Timeframes

We keep things moving so you can too. Here’s when you can expect your professional products to leave our hands:


Hair Extensions

All hair orders are custom-packed and typically shipped within 5–10 working days. Please note: working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish bank holidays.


ZED Gel Nail Products

ZED collections are shipped within 2–4 working days, subject to stock availability. High-volume periods (like launches, promos or festive seasons) may occasionally extend shipping times. We'll always communicate transparently if delays occur.


2. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email straight away. When your items are on their way, we’ll send you tracking details (when available), so you can follow their journey in real time.


3. Split Shipments

If your order includes products from different collections (e.g. hair and gels), they may be shipped separately, depending on warehouse location and stock. Each parcel may arrive at different times, and you’ll receive separate tracking info for each.


4. Delivery Details – Let’s Get It Right

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

We can’t be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

If a delivery fails or is returned due to customer error, re-delivery charges will apply.

Uncollected parcels returned to us may also incur restocking fees.


5. Shipping Delays – Our Honest Policy

We work with reliable couriers, but life happens. Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions or service failures
  • EU customs checks (especially for UK orders)
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Local strikes, weather issues or other external events
  • While delays are beyond our control, we’ll do everything we can to resolve issues fast and keep you in the loop.

6. International Orders (Including EU & UK)

We proudly ship across borders. If you’re ordering from outside Ireland:


Import duties, customs or VAT may be charged locally

These fees are not included in your Embrace Beauty order and are the customer’s responsibility

We recommend checking your local import guidelines before placing an international order.


7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your item is returned to us due to missed delivery or uncollected parcels, we will contact you with next steps. Re-shipping costs and handling fees may apply.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case your parcel arrives damaged or something’s not quite right:


Please email us at support@embracebeauty.eu within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work quickly to make it right
