Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns Policy

At Embrace Beauty, we serve professionals who value precision, preparation and performance. These Terms & Conditions exist to protect both you and us, ensuring clarity, fairness and a seamless experience from checkout to delivery.

By placing an order with Embrace Beauty, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Products & Professional Use Disclaimer

Embrace Beauty supplies professional beauty products, including hair extensions and nail systems.

  • Our products are intended for trained professionals or informed consumers

  • We are not responsible for misuse, incorrect application, lack of professional training, or adverse reactions

  • Always follow professional application guidelines and conduct patch tests where applicable


2. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

Hair Extensions

Hair extension orders are custom-packed and typically dispatched within 5–10 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Irish bank holidays.

ZED Gel Nail Products

ZED Gel collections are dispatched within 2–4 working days, subject to stock availability. During high-volume periods (launches, promotions or seasonal demand), dispatch times may be extended. We will always communicate delays transparently.


3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent where available

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or customs processes


4. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple product categories may be shipped separately due to warehouse locations or stock availability. Separate tracking details will be provided for each parcel.


5. Delivery Accuracy & Responsibility

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

  • Embrace Beauty is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Re-delivery fees apply where parcels are returned due to customer error

  • Uncollected parcels may incur restocking and handling fees


6. International Orders (EU, UK & Beyond)

For orders shipped outside Ireland:

  • Import duties, customs fees and local VAT may apply

  • These charges are not included in your Embrace Beauty order

  • All customs fees are the customer’s responsibility

We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.


7. Returns Policy – Please Read Carefully

Due to hygiene, safety and professional-use standards, strict returns conditions apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Hair extensions once packaging is opened or tampered with

  • Nail gels or liquid products once opened or used

  • Any product not returned in its original, unopened condition


8. Change-of-Mind Returns

Where eligible:

  • Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

All approved returns are inspected before refunds are issued.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email embraceforbeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Do not use the product until the matter is resolved

Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.


10. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Bank processing times may vary


11. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be amended or cancelled before dispatch

  • Once processing has begun, changes may not be possible

  • Custom-packed hair orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started


12. Limitation of Liability

Embrace Beauty shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, business interruption or professional service delays

  • Misuse or incorrect application of products

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.


13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, weather events or technical failures.


14. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to Irish jurisdiction.
